PhysX Compatible Information
The MassFX Toolkit is ONLY compatible with default 3dsMax 2014 installation (PhysX).  It will not work if you have Altered your Autodesk 3dsMax 2014 PhysX plugins.

What it's not.
The MassFX Toolkit is not a dynamics engine.  It is NOT a particle based system.  The MassFX Toolkit does not alter the default 3dsmax physX plugins. It is simply an easier way to access the native dynamics solution in 3ds max.

How is licensing handled?
Each MassFX Toolkit license is tied down to one machine.  The MassFX Toolkit can be installed and operated on multiple versions of 3ds Max on that machine with just the one license.  When generating a license request, you must disconnect from any VPN or WIFI that may change or interfere your MAC address. Render farm licenses are completely free and have their own installer.

How quickly can I get my license?
You should have received your license within 48 hours, if not then please contact us. It is, of course, also worth checking your spam folder. If you chose to pay with an eCheque this will have to clear, which can take several days. Our customer support hours are M-F 9am-5pm CST.

Can I transfer my license to another machine?
No, a license is not transferable. Cases of machine failure/upgrade/license breaking should be emailed to support@agtoolcompany.com and will be dealt with at the discretion of A&G Tool Company.

Is there a student or trial version available?
No, not at this time.
